Arme & Hugo
Arme and Hugo | Royal Tunbridge Wells Wedding
DATE 01/06/2024
ROYAL TUNBRIDGE WELLS, KENT
A day that begin with a first look in a secret garden and ended in festivities and line dancing. A joy to behold. An honour to photograph.
Arme and Hugo married in Royal Tunbridge Wells at the beginning of summer on a day that was supposed to rain. Perhaps the weather was a blessing, perhaps it was a sign of the love that Arme and Hugo have for each other. For whatever reason the sun decided to shine, it was welcome as Arme and Hugo danced around the secret garden nextdoor to the church and as the guests sat by the bonfire at the end of the evening.
CHAPTER ONE
Hugo stood by, hidden, while Arme walked through the churchyard to a secret garden next door to the church.. A moment of intimate privacy kept to themselves.

CHAPTER 03
After the ceremony, there was time to bask in the moments of new marriage back in the secret garden while the sun shone.
CHAPTER 04
The weather allowed for everyone to spend time outdoors celebrating together among the most beautiful Kent landscape. Talking, hugging, and tears. I don’t think tears stopped flowing over the course of the day. A beautiful thing when your loved ones gift you their tears.
CHAPTER 05
Olives, lemons, candles and wine decorated the tables with their soft green and yellow hues.
Speeches read by family, best friends and the couple themselves were cause for more tears to be shed.
CHAPTER 06
While guests chatted after the food and speeches, Arme and Hugo slipped away to change into their clothing for their traditional Albanian first dance which was truly spectacular. They’d even left me in the dark slightly about what to expect. The dancing didn’t stop. 20 minute line dances to Albanian music were interspersed between hit songs like Dancing Queen. It was a sight to behold and so much fun to be a part of.
