Second shooting for the incredible Emily Hannah I had the wonderful opportunity to capture some moments from this sunny September wedding at Kinmount House on film.

Kinmount House is definitely one of the most gorgeous venues I’ve had the opportunity to photograph at. Only a short drive from Gretna Green, the magnificent Scottish wedding venue is truly where magic happens. The lake not only acts as a space to hold the ceremony but also is an opportunity for a romantic moment together at the bathing house during the setting sun or for a morning spent swimming.

Ideal for summer weddings, Kinmount House has its gorgeous Italian gardens ideal for photographs and a gathering of friends and family, and a magnificent North Lake situated in front of the house where swans can be found enjoying the sun. The house’s interior is just as stunning, adorned with paintings and furnished beautifully it is just as well suited for indoor weddings.

For big events, Kinmount has room aplenty in the main house and in their stylish cottages and apartments for nearest and dearest to stay on site.

Truly a remarkable location and wedding venue with something for everyone, Kinmount House is a wonderful remote location for a gorgeous day. You can see my highlights of EJ & D’s day here, showcasing how special it really is.
